Our appraisers live in or near the neighborhoods they serve. This ensures knowledge of the local market. If the property is in Volusia or Flagler County, we’ve been there.  We don’t provide appraisal services outside our market area.  We don’t appraise mobile homes, time share units, farms or in far rural areas.  We specialize in single family homes and condominiums.
